[S] [GTW] [V] Alien and vampire interactions don't count for spooky spirit

I created a Halloween holiday and added a Spooky Spirit tradition to it, but it didn't  work at all. I tried interacting with vampires and aliens and also listening to Spooky music (all the things that description suggests). Nothing worked.
