I'm only now playing a family in Ciudad Enamorada now, and it rains almost every single day all through spring. Now that I'm close to summer and can see the forecast, it doesn't look like this is going to change. Is this normal or is it considered a bug?

I do use mods, but for what it's worth, none of them have anything to do with weather. Generally what happened is through 28 days of spring, there were maybe only 3 days of sun at the most. All the other days were cloudy and it rained most of the days. The forecast in the first week of summer looks to be about the same.

I've tried it in a vanilla game. Everytime I enter a new game in Ciudad Enamorada in Spring, it's cloudy and the forecast is all rain and cloudy days. I tried one starting in summer and it was better, but I think spring in this world is just excessively rainy.
