Dinky21b AnazuraTS4 Please remove your Mods folder and test again. You don't need to save your progress.
If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether you can take a screenshot.
If you get another crash, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

I moved my sims 4 folder to the desktop and let the game generate a brand new one. Created a new sim and put them in Innisgreen and then had them interact with a sim while i took screenshots in tab mode, and in less than a minute or so it crashed and white-screened. See attachment for dxdiag like you asked.
Oh and it doesn't have to be in tab mode for it to crash. It freezes my laptop completely, I am however able to press windows key and shut the laptop down.
I will also add for transparency that I checked for a driver update just then and there was one from two weeks ago, I installed it and the white screen crash still occurred.
