AnazuraTS4 Please try playing in windowed mode. If that doesn't help, switch to DirectX 9 mode, just as an experiment. Both are options on the graphics settings page.
Separately, your dxdiag shows that your computer's USB-C driver is crashing. So please unplug any devices that use a USB-C connection, at least while testing the game.

The only usb thing I had was a wireless mouse that came with the laptop so I removed that, did an optional update "Insyde" something and played for five minutes with no mouse in windowed mode and Dx9. No crashes. Here's the latest dxdiag.
