Everytime I take a screenshot, the game freezes. I have no mods as the game just updated and I haven't put the mods folder back in my sims 4 folder yet. I have to keep restarting my computer to get out of the game so it totally freezes and won't come back.
dabrat2255 You don't need to post a dxdiag, but I'd still like one so I can look for similarities among those affected (right now just two players, but there may be more). So it's your choice.
Skyegal23 The Reliability Monitor is a fundamental feature of Windows, so it should be there somewhere. Entering perfmon /rel in the run box should bring it up, but make sure you're entering it correctly; some people get tripped up by the space before the slash.
As for why this happened, the patch was of course the immediate trigger, but this issue hasn't been reported enough for the feature to be fundamentally broken. So it's some combination of the game and your computer or your installed software.
