[SE] Reinforce & Retreat Cedar Bars Clip Ceiling

I have no mods or CC installed. When you place the Reinforce & Retreat Cedar Bars from Snowy Escape and the top of a wall in a room it will appear through the floor of the room above. This happens whether the wall is small, medium or tall. I didn't place the item using MOO or Alt but just let it snap into place
