server error - we could not process this gallery request

I know there’s a thread for this but I didn’t know how to post in it!

For the last couple of hours I have had trouble saving lots to my library, I assumed it was because I hadn’t updated it at first but I’ve updated and still the issue occurs. 

I’m a console player, just downloaded the latest update.
