Server Error whenever I'm upload to my personal gallery

I recently started getting a server error when trying to upload a newly created household to the gallery. I have already tried: 

Exiting the game and re-entering
Re-starting my computer
Removing my mod folder, deleting localthumnailcache file & repairing my game
Uploading the household from CAS rather than my library. It doesn't matter. I still cannot upload to the gallery. 

I have pre-purchased the Businesses & Hobbies Expansion pack, but I am NOT part of the EA Creator Network and do NOT have early access to the game.
