Every time I try to save a lot to my library it gives me an error that the gallery isn't working. Now, every time I try to place a lot the game can't place it and gives me the game had trouble saving error. I took out my tray file and tried to place something from the gallery and the problem persisted. What do I have to do to play this game that I've pumped so much money in?
I have a similar problem, I already talked about it in a thread, I can't save my builds to my library no matter the size or type of lot, I play on ps4. I get the message: "Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later." I attach the pic below. Many players are having the same bug or similar regardless of what device they play on, reporting it started after the burglars update. This situation is frustrating.
