For several months (ever since the burglary update), I have been dealing with a major bug that has completely locked me out of saving builds/existing households to my personal library, as well as uploading them to the gallery. I have only been able to save/upload newly created households without issue. I play on a PS4 Pro with no modifications made to it all other games both online/offline, work completely fine with no issues, so I know for certain that this is a Sims 4 issue, not my console's (hardware/software) issue. I have tested out uploading different lot sizes if a lot is empty, if a lot has builds on it, what packs were used, if it was a save file issue. And all these attempts gave me the same error message of "Server error. We could not process the Gallery request." (I've linked a photo of the message below) I've even deleted The Sims 4 app and reinstalled it with no packs to see if that would work, and it hasn't made any difference. If I am missing something, please let me know because I have exhausted all my options. After having multiple of my personal (to The Sims Team on the forms) messages/requests ignored, and another subject which is full of hundereds of other people having this problem being unjustly marked as resolved (The Sims team gave a solution for PC players not console when that was the discussions point) I am out of hope and options. Even though probably no EA Forms person will help me if they see this, I'll still try once again.
I've been having the same issue since the latest update. I can't save any of my builds to the gallery if they were built before the update. Even new builds in a new game doesn't fix the problem. I can only save things from the online gallery, but nothing i build. Always get the same error message: can't access server right now.
