Hello, Sorry if my english not so good, its not my native language ^^°
i have this problem only whit Sims i have uploade.
And i have fix it for me.
i have use the Sims4 file folder to my Desctop and start than the game.
Open a new save and test to uploade a new Sim. Thats are fine .
Than i have copy my tray from the old Sims4 file folder and all fine if i text uploade.
And whit my Saves is all fine too.
I dont now thats the Fix from the problem. but for me it is okay now.
And if someone not understand i only can this english or german ^^
