Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later.
I tried uploading the image from my phone, but I can't get my laptop to do so.
Anyone else having this problem, for me it started after the new burglar update.

Same here I'm on PS4 however my can't save builds to the gallery error messages started after I purchased the Business and Hobbies DLC.. Its frustrating cause I can't build for keeps only of the current world and thats if I can get it builded before a blue screen happens. It funny now but wasn't at the time I builded a wonderful 3/2 house for my sim and their triples just to get all the furniture how I wanted it just to blue screen.
Sorry, I've exhausted ways to attach a video. I recorded this both on my phone and in game and am unable to attach or otherwise upload the file from my Mac. The in game file is grayed out for either media or attachment. (even after moving a copy to my downloads folder to ensure it was local). Pasting indicates a File Not Allowed error: The file video-18.avi is not allowed. As posted earlier, the other was a file type error, not liking the Apple extension for videos.
FYI, I haven't had a problem saving households. I also thought it may be capacity and deleted a number of saved lots and households. No change. Plus I have never had a problem saving lots to my library from the gallery.

I use no mods. This happens across saves. Use Mac app. Happening after robberies sounds about right. I disable that.
I tried to capture a video from my phone but .M4V extensions are not allowed and I don't know how to convert it. Basically I save > Lot, it thinks for a bit and provides the error.

I am still unable to save lots in my library and it keeps displaying the same message this has happened on multiple occasions, there is nothing wrong with my internet or console and there is no corrupted data on my ps4.
is there anything else I can do,

I am experiencing this issue as well as the “gallery favorites not loading” issue that hasn’t been fixed in over TWO YEARS. Please fix the gallery!
edit: sometimes, if you restart the game first, try to save the lot again and wait 1-2 minutes without closing the error message it goes through. This bug still needs to be fixed though.
