I'm having the same issue as everyone else and I even did all the steps too. I even tried it on my husbands computer thinking the problem was my computer. Nope, had the same issues :( . Please try to fix this.

Hello! I have the same problem.
I'm using The Sims 4 on macOS and I can't access the Gallery since i've installed the last EP. Every time I open it in game, I'm logged out from the EA App and get this error: Error code: EC:105.
Also, I can't upload anything to the Gallery (including rooms and even base game lots), I get an error every time I try!
I have already tried all your recommendations: clearing EA App cache manually, reinstalling the game and the EA App, playing with the clean game folder and with the new save... Nothing helped.

A few days ago, I tried to save a very elaborate build to the gallery to place it in a different saves file, from my one specifically for building. I could not upload it at all in five tries, and the last time that it did upload when placed only placed terrain paint. When I went to try again today, I tried uploading and it did, but it says "Server error. We could not process this Gallery request. Please try again later." Even though the lot turns up in both uploads and my personal gallery, when placed, it places nothing. I have no mods or cc in my game and have no idea what's wrong. It may have started after this latest patch, but otherwise, I have no idea.
Is there anyone else who has this problem?

I'm experiencing this issue as well and from what I have seen in some other places, the issue is related to paintings by reference and photos your sim has taken and placed on the walls in the build. It is frustrating because I have a lot of lots I would like to share on the gallery, with the photos but can only share the tray files outside of the gallery. The odd thing is the it doesn't happen when I download paintings by reference from rooms on the gallery and put them on the wall. It only happens when the paintings/photos are ones that my sim painted or took. I am not sure why EA has not seen this or been able to address it yet.

I tried to upload one of my buildings to the gallery, but just get the message that say something about "sever problems", same happens when I try to save the build to my own gallery. I am connected to WiFi, as well as the ps4 network

I can access the gallery but I can't upload a lot to my gallery, the Save Lot option is not available

It worked, I was able to post! If I mess with the lot enough it finally worked. Still scuffed but I kept pressing the gallery share button. I uploaded a big lot with debug as well! Also while it was loading, I was also randomly clicking the screen I don’t know if that’s a temp fix but I’ve uploaded three builds!

I am also having the same issue. I don’t have mods or anything. I can save households but I cannot save lots or rooms. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting I could. I uninstalled and reinstalled ea and the Sims. I’ve deleted the Sims 4 folder so it would generate a new one. Nothing works. No lots in any save, I cannot save to the gallery or library just like everyone else. For me it just stopped working last week. It used to give me the pop up but would post if persistent enough but now nothing works.

I forgot to mention. I am able to save households and unedited lots, but the moment I edit anything or bulldoze the lot and try to save, it won't let me upload it to the gallery or my library. It started with 3 Olde Mill Lane in Henford-on-Bagley in one save file and now it doesn't work for any save I make for any lot. Also, I have tried to do it multiple times on the same lot to see if it's just a glitch but nothing saves.

Hello, I feel like I cannot play my sims game anymore. I have been playing the Sims 4 since 2016 and I’ve never ran into a problem like this. I have NO MODS or anything of that nature in my game. So what’s the issue? I’ve been trying to upload any lot or room to my library and I keep getting the same error code. The issues recently started last week. I referred to chat gbt to troubleshoot the issue. I have uninstalled both the EA app and The Sims 4 and deleted the Electronic Arts folder so it would generate a new one. I
have launched the game fresh and taken out my tray, saves, and screenshots. I have cleared the cache folders. I have repaired the game.
I have tried right clicking the Electronic Arts folder and going into properties and deselecting the read-only tab but every time I go back in it, the option is already selected again so maybe that’s an issue. All of this came out of nowhere. I have over 6000 hours in this game and I’m really sad because I have no clue what is happening. Any advice can help, and I just hope this problem can be fixed.
