Server Error whenever I'm upload to my personal gallery

Console player here, having the same problem. I thought it might be caused by the fact that console was behind on an update, since that's about when I started having the problem but despite the update now arriving I'm still having the problem.

I'm a builder and so this is really frustrating, especially since I've been able to sometimes save one or two of my builds but none of the others. I don't know what to do or what caused it but I really hope they fix it soon!

I have the same issue too. 

I can download sims or houses from the gallery to my library no server error at all. When I save currently played house hold from cas to my library I constantly get server error cannot process this request please try again later it still seams to be saved to my library. It also happens no matter what game saves I am in and to all my played households. I have not had this issue before the burglars update. I started new save folder to start fresh only one saved game in my save folder, still happens only when I try to save currently played house hold to my library from cas. I am not having any other save issues at this time.

I’ve been having the same issue for months. What works for me is not pressing ‘okay’ on the dialogue box when the warning comes up and just waiting about 45 seconds. The item then saves to the gallery despite the warning. My cue to know it worked is when the window to save the item disappears from behind the dialogue box displaying the warning. And then I press ‘okay’.

I learned this accidentally through sheer frustration as I stared at my screen in irritation when trying to save a build for the 100th time after repairing and restarting my game for the 2nd time that day and still getting that stupid warning. Especially since the game is still crashing and save files are still corrupting so saving everything to my gallery is my only legit backup. Anyway, hope this helps someone.

I'm getting this problem where the sims is saying "Server Error. We cannot process this Gallery Request" whenever I'm trying to save in build mode to my library. I even cleared everything like cache and thumbnail still same issue still and even removed my mods still same things like I'm honestly very annoyed. I can save stuff just fine in my gallery when I'm making sims just not in build mode. I'm honestly a bit scared to delete my save files and start over because I cannot save my house I've been working on for so long. Can someone please help me fix this? I even tried clearing EA temp files, rebooting the sims again from scratch, and I accidentally lost my tray file. I'm unsure what to do at this rate. I also updated my game to the newest patch update so I think this is a factor. I also tried removing and re-adding my mods so Im unsure what to do or if this will be fixed.

It is the alarm! I just tested the theory bc for the last two months I've been having the same issue as everyone else, and yess, I do have mods and cc. I ensure daily that they are in order and not a hindrance. 

It’s not allowing me to save anything to my gallery that’s the error message that keeps popping up plus my game has been lagging hard-core nonstop. Every time I get on there it’s almost impossible to do anything on there without lag every few minutes. I am currently playing it on PS4. I reset the data on the system. I’ve closed out the application and restarted it. I’ve shut my system off for 30 seconds and then restarted it and cleared the game cash and that still ain’t working.

I have a similar issue, will go through the effort of building an entire house/building and then when I try to save it, it says the same thing. I'm on console so I'm not sure how exactly to fix it. Is there a limit of what you can save to your personal library/gallery?

I have this same issue...and when it says it successfully uploads, it's nowhere to be found in my personal gallery!!! I also have it where it says it's uploaded to the gallery but it's not there at all.
