I tried uploading the image from my phone, but I can't get my laptop to do so.
Anyone else having this problem, for me it started after the new burglar update.

I also can’t upload. I can upload households, but lots just won’t work. I’m risking losing multiple builds, one of them being like 15+ hours. I’ve tried to shut the internet of, internet share from my phone. I’ve also tried removing UI mods, more cars columns, MCC, Tmex and Royalty mod. But nothing works. I’m on a Mac so I can’t go through windows either! This problem started after the patch with the burglars and ever since it hasn’t worked! I can’t even play with the new EP!
Once I updated my PC laptop AND turned off my reshade, I was able to upload the lot I wanted to my library.
Well that’s extremely annoying! I have just been updating old builds, and fiddling with CAS the last few days while I try to get all my builds saved… so I haven’t played actively with any of my households.
I really hope they get this fixed ASAP! I want to start playing with Businesses & Hobbies so badly… but I know I will be disappointed if the game is still having major issues after the burglar update. I get that it’s a nostalgic addition for a lot of players, but I didn’t want it and now the game is all wonky 😮💨
Me yes, but not with the PC. But with my game console. I tried like the others (that is to say, save the Terrain), and result… still the problem, like the PC.

This is happening on XBOX as well, so your Windows troubleshooting steps won't work there.
Seriously! The console users are always left out in the cold while they focus on solutions for PC users….This entire conversation there have only been suggestions for PC players.
We’ve poured time and money into this game just like the PC players, we shouldn’t be ignored simply because there are less console players 😩
The troublshooting steps don't work for anyone on any platform. It's not a user problem but something EA needs to correct on their end.

Yes... I followed all the directions about deleting cache files, etc and I'm still having the issue. The last thing I was able to upload was on 3/04.
