I tried uploading the image from my phone, but I can't get my laptop to do so.
Anyone else having this problem, for me it started after the new burglar update.

Thank you for starting this thread! Ever since the burglar update, I haven't been able to save lots to my library or to gallery. I'm a PS4 player no mods/cc. Thank you
Yes im still experiencing this issue, none of my lots/sims are able to be saved to my personal library or be uploaded, on ps4
Xbox one, console player here. So obviously no mods etcect. This started happening for me after the burglar update, where ild get the occasional msg but oddly it still saved it to my library. It got REALLY bad after the hot fix update provided after the burglar update,, to the point it really isn't possible anymore to save my lot to my library/gallery.
I just wanted to add! And I'm unsure if this has been mentioned but after testing...REMOVING THE BURGLAR ALARM allowed me to save the lot to the library! I hope this helps someone!

That also happened for me once about a week ago. I thought I had found a workaround but later I still could not save to my personal library wvwn qirgout alarm.
I'm sorry to hear that!, it surprisingly worked for me BUT ANOTHER WAY i figured how to get it working is by selecting the lot and just going straight to build ithen saving the lot instead of the live play then build mode if that makes sense! I really hope this helps people because I completely understand all this frustration and having to be stuck waiting for the fix.
That didn't work for me. I went to a house without family, then clicked save to library and it still didn't work.
And I built all my lots before the update, so no burglar alarm.
Sadly those are the only 2 workarounds iv found so far, hopefully this gets sorted asap and not left for months.
