Why... SOMETIMES... not all the time... ever since the August update that added pack selection to the game there has a been an issue at times when loading the game up that some hair styles have annoy...

I think for me the issue is using DX9. I've been using DX9 in game since the performance is more better then using DX11. DX11 is just laggy after a bit while DX9 doesn't have lag at all really. But this bothers me and you can fix it by using DX11 but what's better. Lag and fixing this or no lag and having this bug. My Drivers update automatically so I'm not sure what's causing this.
