After I updated my game with the July 1 patch, my sim got this shiny grid-like pattern all over her skin, which didn't happen until after I opened CAS. It's not the new shiny skin accessory, which doesn't even work when I click on it in CAS. I took out all my mods and CC and I cleared my local thumb cache, and it's still happening.

If so, let me know whether the sim is wearing those same nails, or whether removing the nails or another specific CAS item fixes the issue. I can merge your post with the bug report if it fits.
Sorry for the last response, I was on vacation. I took off the nails and she’s not shiny anymore! That was definitely the issue. Thank you!
