Sibling Lovers

I have 2 sims that were husband and wife. The wife died and ghost was gone so I downloaded her from the Gallery (June Kay) I had her adopt her daughter they'd be family again.  Went to try to cuddle in bed with her fianceé and she can't because they are now showing as siblings.
