Sims in Live mode keep canceling or skipping queued actions. Adults will not care for children. Teens will not sleep. Children will not do their homework. All is chaos.

I have been experiencing this as well. I just witnessed Bob Pancakes skip the toilet before using the shower. I have had sims skip cleaning up dishes and skill building tasks. It seems to happen now and again for me. I am playing on PC, I only have the base game installed and I do not have any CC or mods installed/downloaded.
