Simly Park Shaker counters have entirely disappeared from base game

Playing on PC. Have disabled all mods but this makes no difference.
Game version: 1.112.519.1020

The Simly Park Shaker counters, which were recently added to the base game (in the 4 Feb update, I think), seem to have completely disappeared from our game -- as in, they no longer appear in the list of placeable items that run across the bottom of the screen when we look at base game kitchen items.

I've posted this question on the r/Sims4 subreddit and someone else there reported they have the same issue.

We have tried repairing the game files and have also cleared the EA app cache.
