Sims 4 bug

I'm having trouble with Sims 4 on my PS5, it won't let me collect my rewards from this new events going on. It tells me I have to be online to collect and I'm indeed online and wifi 100% well connected, I've tried restarting the quests, restarting the whole game, I've tried everything I could think of but still nothing. If I could get help with it. Or if it's a bug could it be fixed by chance, id love to participate, and this isn't really cool to not.
