Sims 4 crashing

No matter what I’ve done to reload or redownload the game it crashes 5 minutes in every time without fail. I’m on a brand new PS5 and have all packs downloaded. But since I’m on console no mods or anything. Not even using cheats in my main save. After 5 mins of game play every character lags in place and the game crashes.
