SIMS 4 Dilevery error code.

EVERY single time i open my sims game, it always says the same delivery error like "'Delivery Error 000000c8s". I have taken away my mods, restarted the app, cleared my cache, deleted the app and reinstalled it, taken away my shaders, made it so malwarebytes doesnt detect the game folder, synced OneDrive; EVERYTHING. Not a single thing has worked for me and it makes me so upset i cannot even play one of my favourite games after this update. I disabled custom content and cheats, i have done everything i could ever think of for this game. I recently spent alot of money on this game and i cannot even use the features now because of the fact. I do not know what to do anymore. I have looked on every forum about this issue and they all say to sync OneDrive, Remove any Anti-Viruses for that specific folder, etc. And nothing has done anything for it. Everytime i try to open one of my saves or start a new game it freezes then crashes.. Could someone so kindly find a solution? i am thriving the thought of it just being fixed so i can continue playing it. thank you :-)

edit : this weird x thing is happening in the gallery. too.
