Sims 4 For Rent – Inspections Not Possible & Child Cannot Be Cared For

I bought the For Rent expansion and I can’t do any inspections. Because of that, I can’t reach my goal. But even aside from that, it’s not good, since inspections are part of the game.

In addition, I always have to quit the game because I can’t take care of my child anymore. It only shows “Select,” but I can’t feed or care for them. Then I always have to close and reopen the game—sometimes every 4–5 minutes. That’s no fun.

I’ve been playing The Sims for years. From the very beginning with Sims 1 (back when there were CDs) up to Sims 4. I never had any problems before, and I really enjoyed it. I hope you can help me.
