Sims 4 not loading in online , only offline freezing in CAS Xbox One

Hi , so I’m having trouble getting into sims 4 on my Xbox one online , I can get on with my set my Xbox to offline which was fine for awhile but I’m not able to access the gallery, etc & then it started freezing in cas to where I would have to completely turn my Xbox off meaning none of my stuff saves I do try to save before entering , what could be causing this it used to work just fine . My internet connection is good what else could I do .
