Sims 4 Xbox —Cannot Pay Bills / Postal Bug

Hello EA Team,

I am experiencing a critical bug in The Sims 4 on Xbox One. None of my households can pay their bills.

-The mailbox, phone, and computer menus do not show the option to pay bills. Only Travel AMD Entertainment are available.

-I have tried replacing the mailbox, moving households to new lots, creating new households, reinstalling the game, and cheats (money cheats work, but nothing else).

-All my households have enough funds, but power and water are shut off, and Sims are in critical discomfort.

-The bug occurs with both old and newly created households.

-There is an in-game 48-hour deadline for bills, making the game unplayable under these conditions.

Please investigate this issue and provide a fix or temporary workaround.
