i have 24 add on in my sims 4 but not all of them will load this was all working fine until around 2 weeks ago i have uninstalled and reinstalled many many times . i have even went as far as factory resetting my laptop i cant get help anywhere and have spent a fortune on this game

Are the add-ons showing as 'Installed' under Manage > Manage add-ons but missing in-game? If so, are the packs deactivated under Marketplace > My Collection?
