sims are queueing up things to do as fast as I can cancel but they are stuck

My household is lagged or stuck. Not just one of them, all of them. I took some screenshots so you can see what I am talking about. And remember, I am the one cancelling interactions on all of them with the game paused, hoping if I did, and one of them was what was making them like this, it would resolve when I unpause the game. This did not work. Also, the game is not lagged and stuck itself, just my sims. I could look to the left of the balcony and see a family member from another household jogging by normally.

The active sim is different in each shot. I was trying to travel out of it but that wasn't working either.

I fixed this by resetting them all and it turns out one of the toddlers seems to have been causing the problem somehow. She seems to be my problem toddler 😭

I think I may have had this same problem. All the sims on Innisgreen lounge lot got stuck when my sim was trying to travel back home. I had to force close the game as I tried to reset my sim, but it wasn't him causing the problem. Pausing the game also didn't seem to work, all the sims just kept twisting a little paused or not until I shut it down.

Well I believe I know what is causing this problem, I just don't know why. It has never happened that way before. But it seems that there is "something wrong with" one of my toddlers. She has gotten stuck in strange poses while crawling but it did not seem to be affecting anything else or causing other problems. I can do the same things with the other toddler and all is normal. At the time this happened, my problem toddler was in the crib sleeping so I did not think anything about her having something to do with it. When I finally decided to try and reset all of the other sims and that didn't work, I only went to the crib and reset her as a last resort. Immediately when I did, everything unlocked and the travel screen popped up and I was able to travel the three adults and older child out and everything seemed normal. Now I am wondering if she might be causing some other issues I am having.

I also want to mention, that when resetting sims in this case, it does not always work on the first or second time. They may or may not be relocated. But I knew something was happening when I had the oldest child selected and his portrait changed to show him sleeping, even though it looked like he was still standing on the porch.

crinrict I scrolled through and saw you asking for dxdiag files so I am attaching mine. I uploaded save file so that is done. My computer is getting old but I don't think it is too old.

And I won't repeat this again, so know you are appreciated for moving posts where they should be. I really do try and find existing issues but fail miserably.

I am not sure I can complete all of that in its entirety as I use a local windows account and do not allow Microsoft to sign me in with a windows user account. One of the steps for the DDU thing says that will be required. I do have a Microsoft account but I don't want my computer signed into it. I did download the new Nvidia driver so I can do that. Apparently the gameready thing isn't the same thing and wasn't updating it. My bad for not paying more attention.

I updated my Nvidia driver and had the installer do a clean installation to do it and then ran a fresh diag for you. Hopefully it looks better and you don't feel I need that DDU thing still.

You still have a lot of driver errors in your DxDiag. I would suggest making a thread In PC tech for this and get help there.
