Sims cannot interact with open water after installing Business & Hobbies

After installing the Business & Hobbies expansion, Sims completely lose the ability to interact with open water. Clicking on rivers, lakes, or ocean does nothing — no interaction menu appears at all (no “Swim”, no routing options).

Additional Details:

The issue affects all Sims

Happens in all worlds tested (Ravenwood, Henford-on-Bagley, Nordhaven)

No mods or custom content installed

Cache cleared (localthumbcache, etc.)

Game repaired and reinstalled

If the game is freshly reinstalled (with DLCs Life and Death, Cottage Living, Seasons, Get Together) without the Business & Hobbies pack → swimming works normally

After installing the pack → the issue immediately appears

Disabling the pack does NOT fix the issue (suggests persistent data corruption or tuning conflict)

Troubleshooting Done:

Removed all mods (none used)

Cleared cache files

Repaired the game via launcher

Tested in a completely new save

Tested in different worlds (Ravenwood, Henford-on-Bagley)

This appears to be a global interaction issue where open water is no longer recognized as an interactive object
