The game undoes the relationships I build. This is not fair. I spend hours playing and when I change families this happens.

Ideas
I have the same issue. On PC no mods or CC used.
My sims were in love and then suddenly they forgot they even met and I had to reintroduced them to each other. Then I rebuild the relationship and it happend again while they were on their honeymoon.
And I didn't switch families in the meantime.
There is no specific team to look for bugs in the game, we players needed to keep reporting things here. Everyone is worried about releasing more game packs to get more and more out of us players.
