Everytime I send a Sim to work/school and that I travel to a different lot with a remaining Sim in the household, I get the notification that my other Sim performed poorly and that they only worked/attended school for a few hours/minutes. I tried removing all of my mods and it is still happening. It's been happening ever since the July 1st update.
Been having this issue as well. I can't even go to an active career without any sims that are currently at work immediately coming home. Really screws up their ability to help the household earn money and actually progress in their own career.
