This has been happening to me for several weeks now and has made the game unplayable. I have no mods installed. It happens with all career types, all ages, all households, etc. The game doesn't crash but has overall become more noticeably laggy as well. I will not resume playing and will not purchase any more packs from EA games until this is fixed. It is unacceptable that EA Games is churning out new content to make more money but totally ignoring the basic elements that make the game functional.
