Sims not becoming ghosts just automatically being culled

I keep getting this game breaking bug, it’s the third save I’ve had it in. I play in x box series x and all of a sudden I will get error code 109….. pop up and then sims stop dying properly, they wil...

I did end up having a bit of a play last night and managed to get the issue but triggered a different error code this time not the 109 one this time this was the code I got, will keep messing around to see if the other one pops up.

Might be a follow up error.  Do you get the error for any household you load ?

Was hoping there was some pattern.

    It’s usually on travelling , but always after a death. However can be any family and any lot
