Sims packs not being able to be activated!

hi! I had some of my sims packs that i had be un activated, which was a easy fix as i just reactivated them. When i went back into my game i went to load a save and noticed new packs (the 4 newest expansion packs) were missing, i went to go activate them and i have no option, they straight up aren't showing in my collection and when i go to browse them, it says i own them?? So im a weeeee bit confused and wondering if anyone has any ideas on what i can do, Thankyou!

You'll most likely have to activate the packs by going to the market place-> my collection-> pack selection and make sure everything is selected and click activate. You'll be prompted to restart the game, click the tick. Then wait for the game to open up again and the packs should work!
