Sims Physical Appearance Changes

Hi, I've been having a bug where a sims' physical appearance changes, like, their face, and body. This bug has just started happening to me for around about the last 2-3 days. The bug, as far as I know / have experienced, has only been happening with Nyon Specter. 

I have a few screenshots from in-game, which were taken (in Live-mode, and CAS) while at the high school lot, but this bug has been happening/occurring even if I'm not playing at the active high school (or able to, if my sim isn't a teen), and this has been happening in every save file, the screenshots I took are from a save file I created after the latest update. 

Also, I currently don't have any mods, or CC in my game, and when I removed them, I followed all the necessary/needed steps (like with mods like TwistedMexi's Better BuildBuy), and I removed the Cfg.file from my mods folder, and then also for good measure, I repaired the game (in the EA App).
