Sims retuning from work early

Playing the goth send mortimer to work save and quit my game go to play it today lodes up and mortimer has come back from work at 3pm instead of the usual 7pm I thought this was fixed I have no mods or CC and regularly clear my cache files I’m on PC

      No unfortunately not now I’m getting a strange thing where if I go into manage worlds then go back to the family  if they happen to be at work some of them are just standing outside doing nothing but the game says there at work when I play next I’ll take some screenshots
