Sims skins turn black after switching outfits

During game play on console ps4, my sims if they change clothes for work or switch to werewolves or any sort of change their skin turns black like their skin color is glitching and if I turn the camera sometimes it fixes the color sometimes it doesn’t. This glitch will keep happening on and off. Help Please!
