Sims Spawning After School On Top Of Each Other

Sims spawn in front of their house after school on top of each other or in awkward positions. Here my two child sims are standing in top of each other and were spawned after school like this. The two sims standing next to the child sims are teens who have also returned from high school, but they're thankfully not on top of each other.

I play base game on PC and in this save I removed all mods and CC (except for a default skin and eyelashes, and also luumia's noblu and noglow.)
