After last update my sims will stand in one place until I tell them to do something like go to the bathroom. Once done and hands are washed the sims just stands there till I tell them to go paint. I'...

My sims have no autonomy anymore. I've reinstalled the game, deleted every folder before doing so, cleared the localthumbcache and don't use any mods. The full autonomy Option is enabled in the menu, the settings allow them all the free will in the world, but they won't use it. Resetting sims doesn't work. New save files, new households or new sims don't work either. It's the same bug everywhere in-game. Only NPC's have free will it seems.
My sims just stand around doing literally nothing until they collapse dead on the ground.
