Sims still autonomously building unwanted romantic relationships

Since the new pack, and having to create a new save for it, I've noticed that my sims are autonomously building romantic relationships (again) even though I've turned those configurations off. It's happening with NPCs, townies that I rotationally play with, and with new households I create. It's kind of annoying to play an unplayed household and find out they fell in love with a Landgraab (or whoever) before I've even played them. And it's mostly with Sims who are already married. I don't want aaaaall of my Sims to be unfaithful. 😬😅 If I wanted to play that way, I wouldn't have turned off those configurations.

    Hi chelle0036

are you talking about neighborhood stories or Sims flirting with everyone on their own and having a romance bar because of that ?

Hi crincrict! Neighborhood stories are turned off both for my households and the NPCs. But they are still flirting on their own and having a romance bar because of it. I was playing with a household last night and I saw one of my other households gain relationship satisfaction with an NPC autonomously even though neighborhood stories are turned off for both household categories. Autonomy is also turned off in my gameplay settings. So I'm not sure why it's happening. :/

i also have the same problem and its really annoying making all my couple sims cheaters ,and i want to fix it but without turning the stories off -_-!! . and then there's also the spamming of specific romantic interactions.
