Sims that have tattoos are void black

After the most recent update, 7-1-2025 I noticed when I opened my game that sims with tattoos have turned the skin completely midnight/void black. This shows up in both live mode and CAS. I also noticed that it was with gallery tattoos as well. However when I remove all tattoos their original skin color revert back and that issue is fixed. I tested to see if I redownload the tattoos that made it turn that midnight black if it would revert back to that color and it does not change back. However in the ui of relationships and manage worlds, it still shows that they are void black.  I do play with some mods however, I removed them to see if it was a mods issue and when I removed them it still happened regardless.
