Sims will not do anything

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
• Does it happen in a new save too ?
• Does it happen in another household too ?

Hello! I do not use any mods, I'm playing on PC, it happens in brand new or existing households :(

here is another screenshot, i will ask them to do something and they just freeze. but it is showing that they r sleeping??

To be sure, you tried a different Sim in the new save ? Did you give them dislikes computers ?

Sims was not doing anything either, since the past 3 updates at this moment. Just had to delete my saves, (going to try, to see if have to delete all the Sims 4 folder, again, done multiple times unfortunately) - other issue was not being able to save lots, in Library so lost those - and deleted all my CC/Mods that I was using (just update, ruined them, mostly using 'CurseForge' but still didn't say if outdated, and so, don't know what's going on with the game and any CC/Mods at the moment, even ones that did get updated it still didn't function well in game). They either cancel all the queue, or the thing does not move in the queue at all (not fall down in the queue). Understandable that this was a problem before, and deleting all the Sims 4 folder was a thing, then start a new game, but it seems like the problem is back, (and a little even before the updates), but the updates have made it more worse. Have to use 'testingcheats on', and 'shift' to reset the Sims A LOT - makes it not playable, to be fair -, or they get stuck because, as mentioned, the queue not working correctly, or they just freeze, and stand there - with action in the queue or not, if explained properly.

Your screenshot, looks like when the Sims are out of sync with the actions. I am getting that as well, like they are going to bed, and the lights switch off before they left the room - have auto-lights on -, there have been other examples, but that one is what I thought of. The alarm not syncing to the time, of when Sim should get up, is another, remembered. Late for club or not going to club, due to out of sync, or Sim not moving, or unable to go to club, even if select Sim, it doesn't show in queue at all. They getting late for A LOT of stuff.

Before I merged this with the correct thread then, does the time also freeze or just the Sim not doing anything ? Do other Sims in the neighborhood move ?
