Sims won’t clean up dishes and will only do one item if told to do so

crinrict​ Yes they just clean that one dish. I have tested without mods and that doesn't fix the issue.

A trick you can use until it is fixed is you can manually drag dishes to the sink or trash can. Bypassing the need for a Sim to do it. 

I noticed this today - I have a Sim with the neat trait and she walked right by multiple plates of stinky food numerous times.

This has also been the case for me. often, they will collect all the dishes, then leave a pile on a counter and walk away. Nothing will make them wash or put in trash. No mods or CC 

And if you have another action in queue first and click on a plate to get it cleaned, the interaction disappear and the sim doesn't do it.

It's the same here. Only with interaction does a single plate get cleared. My employee doesn't clear anything away at all anymore. It's exhausting when I'm open for business. No mods. Only CC.

This is happening to me too. I'm on pc and the only mod I have is mccc with only the cheats module installed. They only clean when I tell them to and will only clean the bowl or plate I click on. This is a new game, mccc is updated after latest patch, and cache has been cleared. 

I am seeing this on two new save files - one with mods and one without.  The only sim that cleans is the one with the neat trait.  It does not matter if I have dishwasher and sinks designated as kitchen (or left undesignated at all).
