Sims wont get pregnant/can’t take pregnancy test

Hello! I have been playing the sims 4 the past few days (no mods just EA packs) and my sim will not become pregnant or take a pregnancy test.  If I hover over the age bar it says that she is pregnant and can’t be aged up.  There is nothing that shows besides that or in create a sim that says she is pregnant. I’ve even gone through 6 sim days now and nothing has changed. Please help!
