Sims won't sleep

My teenage sim won't sleep for more than a second or so, even though her sleep need is low. She wakes up as soon as the time skips to fast forward with a pleasant decor moodlet. I've tried restarting the game and repairing it, and have tried with different beds. Nothing works.

Her parents can sleep just fine, so I'm not sure if it's only an issue with teenage sims
