I did see it happening in my game from time to time but it was never persistent when reloading the game.
Does it happen in all households ?
it has happened in multiple games, multiple towns, multiple ages, you name it...
I think I found a workaround.
I won’t try to diagnose what the underlying issue may be, but this worked to fix the situation for me yesterday when neither spouse would stay in bed to sleep.To get both to stay in bed, I removed previous marriages from one individual. (Shift click and find marriages then select only marry [current spouse name].
It had nothing to do with the bed or their current relationship. Still not sure what part of the previous relationship causes the conflict.
possible connections:
Both of these individuals had previous marriages. I only had to delete marriages from one.I believe both current individuals had lived in the same house with her prior spouse so they both had some level of relationship with that person.
Her current spouse’s relationship with her prior spouse it was just housemate and friend.That’s all I can think of at the time. Hopefully that works.
