Sims won't stay in bed/sleep

I saw the latest update should fix this but apparently it bought this bug to me instead. Sim is shortly before falling asleep on the floor and they lay in bed and then are back awake and out of bed. Happens just to sims older than kids. Kids are soundly asleep in their bed.
