I play on PC - windows 10, no mods or cc.
I have business and seasons packs. I opened small business and added criteria for kids with supervision to visit and use playground. Now it's winter and half of the kids show up in casual clothes - not cold weather clothes. I had 4 kid freeze to death in two days.

Both, I have a cafe with playground. The kids show up in casual clothes, stand in the street for a long time, then go play in snow or playground. Some of them get inside before freezing
I have no problems with other ages groups,just kids. They stand there freezing or keep playing. Had 3 deaths today.

thanks for clarifying. Also to be absolutely sure, they don't freeze to death when inside, just outside cause they don't change their clothing ?
They are fine inside, some of them manage to get inside before freezing.
I have other age groups show up in casual clothes sometimes but they immediately change to winter clothes - so no issues there.
