Both, I have a cafe with playground. The kids show up in casual clothes, stand in the street for a long time, then go play in snow or playground. Some of them get inside before freezing

thanks for clarifying. Also to be absolutely sure, they don't freeze to death when inside, just outside cause they don't change their clothing ?
They are fine inside, some of them manage to get inside before freezing.
I have other age groups show up in casual clothes sometimes but they immediately change to winter clothes - so no issues there.Thanks for the info.
